• A reservation will become effective following receipt of a sum equal to 30 % of the total amount.
• The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the beginning of stay, as well as a 500-euro deposit (the deposit will be returned to our guests 1 week after their departure).
• The rental week runs from a Saturday to the following Saturday. Our guests should arrive between 5pm and 7pm and leave no later than 10am on their day of departure.
• Pets are not accepted.
• Cleaning will be done once a week.
• Blankets will be available to our guests. Please note: bedlinen and towels will NOT be made available for use.
• Parents will be careful not to let their young children walk unattended around the (unstable) ruins, the barn, the troglodytic caves (similarly dangerous), or the pond.
• We ask our guests to leave the flat in the same state of cleanliness and order as they will have found it.
• Discharge of Responsibility: The owners of the Castle of the Pressoir accept no responsibility for any loss, prejudice or damage of any kind as claimed for or incurred by any person during the course of their stay at the Castle of the Pressoir and on the property, resulting from the occupation of the above mentioned property and/or any activities undertaken during the duration of the stay that will take place at the guest’s own risk.
• The reservation of any stay implies the approval of the terms and conditions.
